For Boynton and Central Palm Beach County, please call 561-296-4411, extension 7. Please leave your full name and nature of your questions and our staff will get back to you within 24 hours.
How do I request copies of my medical records?
To request a copy of your medical records and copies for physician offices, please call 561-362-9191 and press option 1. Unless specified otherwise, all radiology copies will be manufactured on a CD that includes viewing software. There is no charge for the first set of medical records request.
Where are University MRI Centers located and what are their hours of operation?
University MRI & Diagnostic Imaging Centers offers imaging testing 7 days a week, with morning, afternoon and evening appointments available. For locations, driving directions, and hours of operation, please visit our Locations/Directions page.
